INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Move better. Run stronger. Feel more confident.
Run+Reformer is two structured 6-week programmes, one for Foundation Level and one for Intermediate Level runners. Each course blends fully coached group running with targeted Reformer Pilates to support your body, improve your technique, and build a sustainable relationship with running.
This isn’t about speed, performance, or racing — it’s about learning how to move well, run with ease, and train in a way that protects your body for the long term.
What to expect
Each week combines:
A guided, paced run, fully coached and supportive
A runner-specific Reformer session designed to prepare and rebalance your body
Intelligent progressions that build strength safely over time
A calm, encouraging environment — no pressure, no competition
Whether you’re brand new to running or finding your way back after a break, this course meets you where you are.
Why 6 weeks?
Because real change takes time.
Over six weeks, we help you:
Build strength progressively
Improve joint stability and mobility
Allow your muscles, tendons, and ligaments to adapt safely
Create habits that actually stick
This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a foundation.
Why Reformer + running work so well
Running is high-impact and repetitive.
Reformer is low-impact and controlled.
Together, they help you:
Strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and calves
Improve core stability (crucial for running efficiency)
Increase hip and ankle mobility
Correct imbalances that can lead to niggles or injury
Same muscles. Smarter load.
Stronger muscles = better shock absorption.
Better alignment = more efficient running.
Controlled resistance = safer strength gains.
In simple terms: you learn to run with your body, not against it.
Spaces are limited
This course is intentionally kept small, so you get quality coaching, individual attention, and a truly supportive experience.
