Run & Reformer is a structured 6-week programme that blends fully coached group running with targeted Reformer Pilates to support your body, improve your technique, and build a sustainable relationship with running.

This isn’t about speed, performance, or racing — it’s about learning how to move well, run with ease, and train in a way that protects your body for the long term.

Over six weeks, we help you:
