Moving Forward

Foundation Reformer Pilates

Perfect for beginners or those wanting to refine the essentials.

This class introduces you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates—focusing on alignment, breathwork, core control, and proper technique. You’ll move through a series of foundational exercises designed to build strength, stability, and confidence on the Reformer. Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a gentler class, this is the ideal place to start or reset.

Who it’s for:

• New clients

• Anyone revisiting the technique

• Those wanting a low-impact or restorative session

Intermediate Reformer Pilates

Challenge your strength, stability, and coordination.

Intermediate classes build on your foundational skills with more dynamic movement patterns, increased resistance, and layered sequences that test control, endurance, and mobility. You’ll refine your form, explore more complex exercises, and deepen your understanding of body mechanics. Expect a stronger flow and a more challenging full-body workout.

Who it’s for:

• Those comfortable with Reformer basics

• Clients ready for a moderate challenge

• Anyone wanting to improve strength, stamina, and precision

Advanced Reformer Pilates

Athletic, powerful, and highly focused.

Our Advanced class is for experienced clients who want to push their limits. This session combines strength, balance, and precision with high-intensity flow, advanced sequences, and minimal modifications. You’ll work at a strong pace with complex movements that demand full body control, deep core engagement, and heightened awareness.

Who it’s for:

• Clients with a solid, consistent Reformer practice

• Those seeking maximum challenge and performance

• Individuals with no major injuries or limitations

Progression: This class is by instructor recommendation once you feel physically and mentally ready. As always, you’re welcome to choose a Foundation or Intermediate class based on your energy or needs that day.
