Please ensure that you complete your health questionnaire before arrival. Classes cannot be attended without this.
Class Overview
Your session begins with equipment orientation and basic movement instruction. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Clean your equipment and reset the reformer (springs off, straps loose)
Post-Class

Moving Forward
We suggest taking 2-3 beginner classes to master the basics before advancing.
Booking & Cancellations
We aim to be flexible with scheduling:
You can cancel via the Momence App up to 24 hours before class
Late cancellations forfeit your class credit and may incur a fee
