Preparing for Your First Visit

Welcome! We're excited to start your wellness journey. Here's your quick guide to getting started.

Essential Items

  • Grip socks (required - available to buy at the studio)

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable workout clothes

Your First Day

Please arrive 10 minutes early to:

  • Connect with your instructor

  • Tour the studio

  • Learn about the equipment

    Please ensure that you complete your health questionnaire before arrival. Classes cannot be attended without this.

Class Overview

Your session begins with equipment orientation and basic movement instruction. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Key Guidelines

  • Submit your health questionnaire.

  • Share any health concerns with your instructor

  • Rest when needed

  • Keep hydrated

  • Clean your equipment and reset the reformer (springs off, straps loose)

Post-Class

Take time to cool down and stretch. Our instructors are here to address any questions you may have about your experience.

Moving Forward

We suggest taking 2-3 beginner classes to master the basics before advancing.

Booking & Cancellations

We aim to be flexible with scheduling:

  • You can cancel via the Momence App up to 24 hours before class

  • Late cancellations forfeit your class credit and may incur a fee
