New to Reformer Pilates? This calm, supportive two-week course is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the essentials and build confidence. You’ll explore the fundamentals of Pilates, learn how to use the reformer safely, and practise simple movements that support strength, mobility and ease.

Join us for two classes over consecutive weeks and you can expect:
