Join us for our specialised series of Pre & Post-natal Reformer Pilates classes, every Wednesday at The Ness Club.

Classes will be led by our experienced instructor Julie, who is a certified Pre & Post-natal Reformer Pilates specialist. With over 20 years in the industry, Julie is ready to support your journey in this new phase of life.

This gentle yet effective class is specifically designed to help new & expectant mums care for their body & build core strength.

With particular attention paid to healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) & pelvic floor strength through targeted exercises, form & technique.

Non-crawling babies are welcome.
We understand that feeds and comfort breaks are part of the experience!

The class provides a supportive environment where you can focus on your pre- & post-natal journey while connecting with other new mums in our spacious studio.
