A mat-based journey into the art and science of breath.

In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how the breath moves not just through the lungs but throughout the entire fascial system, connecting deeply with our nervous system, psychology and sense of inner safety.
A thoughtful blend of science and embodied practice designed to help you pause, release and reset.

What you’ll explore

Your body’s neuroanatomy — understanding the nervous system and the role of the Vagus nerve in regulation and healing.
Functional movement and breath-led mobility — reconnecting breath to joints, muscles and organ systems with a focus on the lungs.
Neuroanatomy-informed breathwork and fascial release — techniques to soften, open and create space in the body.
Balancing the brain through breath — practices that integrate the left and right hemispheres, encouraging coherence and calm.
Psychodynamic connection practices — gentle self-inquiry and emotional integration.
A reflective space to regulate and restore — perfect for journaling, recalibration and deep rest.

Open to all levels, including teachers and students. No prior breathwork experience is required; only curiosity and a willingness to slow down and tune in are needed.

With over two decades of experience in teaching, coaching and holistic wellbeing, Salema brings a rich understanding of both body and mind. Her background in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge informs her grounded, science-based approach, bridging academic insight with embodied practice in a way that feels both intelligent and deeply accessible.
