HOT CLASSES
FEEL THE HEAT.
hot MAT
Mat strength turned up.
Hot Mat is a full-body, low-impact workout building deep core strength, flexibility and better posture, set in our warm infrared studio. Using only your body and a mat, you flow through controlled, mindful movements that engage your core while improving balance, mobility and body awareness.
The heat works alongside your movement, warming your muscles for a deeper stretch and a greater range of motion. Infrared heat reaches your body directly, helping you move further into each pose, support your joints and recover faster between classes.
What you'll gain:
Increased core strength and stability
Deeper flexibility and greater range of motion
Improved posture and movement confidence
A stronger sweat, supporting circulation and recovery
HOT SCULPT

Using light to moderate weights, bands or your own bodyweight, this class targets every major muscle group for a low impact, full body workout.
The heat works alongside your training, warming your muscles before you load them, helping you move further into each rep and recover faster afterwards. Infrared heat reaches your body directly, supporting circulation and helping you build a deeper sweat as you work.
What you'll gain:

Deeper muscle engagement and improved circulation
A stronger sweat, supporting recovery and detox

BARRE
Barre is a high-energy, low-impact class that blends ballet-inspired movement with strength and flexibility training. Using the barre for support, you move through small, controlled exercises that target your core, glutes, thighs and arms, building lean muscle and improving balance, posture and coordination.
Each class combines isometric holds, light resistance and rhythmic movement, working your muscles to fatigue before stretching them long. Expect your muscles to shake, your core to switch on and your posture to improve, session by session.
What you'll gain:
Toned arms, legs, glutes and core
Improved balance, posture and coordination
Increased flexibility alongside real strength gains
A fun, music-driven class that keeps you motivated
Strength meets rhythm.
YOGA
Breathe. Move. Belong.
RESTORATIVE
Slow down. Reset. Restore.
Restorative Yoga blends gentle breathing, supported asanas and quiet meditation to bring deep balance, calm and overall wellbeing. Each 45-minute class uses props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to help your body settle into each pose, releasing tension and easing your nervous system into rest.
Suited to every level. No flexibility or experience needed, only an open mind and a willingness to slow down.
What you'll experience:
Deep relaxation through supported, prop-assisted poses
Slow, mindful breathing to calm the nervous system
Reduced stress and better recovery
A peaceful space to reconnect with body and mind
CORTISOL RESET
Lie down. Let go. Reset.
CORTISOL RESET: Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is a guided relaxation technique. You lie down, close your eyes and rest, with no movement required. This is not a yoga movement class.
Cortisol is your body's main stress hormone. High levels keep you wired, tense and unable to switch off. This practice lowers cortisol, helping you move from the chaos of daily life into a deep state of calm.
What you'll gain:
Lower cortisol and reduced stress
Deep physical and mental relaxation
Better sleep and faster recovery
A clear, calm mind ready for the rest of your day

If you’re new to the Reformer, our FOUNDATION class is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the fundamentals — breath, alignment, and technique — at a comfortable pace in a supportive setting.
Once you feel confident, you can explore our INTERMEDIATE and FITCORE classes for more variety and challenge. -
We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows freedom of movement. Avoid zips or clothing with metal fastenings as these can damage the equipment.
For hygiene and grip, grippy socks are required — these can be purchased at the studio if you don’t have your own. -
We offer Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates, designed specifically for expectant and new mums.
If you are pregnant, you can only attend Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates or Foundation with Julie with prior agreement.
After birth, medical clearance may be needed to progress outside of these classes.
We’re here to help and support you during this phase of life. Please reach out with any questions. -
Many clients find Reformer Pilates helpful for injury recovery thanks to its low-impact nature and controlled resistance. However, please consult your physiotherapist or doctor before booking and let your instructor know about any injuries so we can modify movements as needed.
We also offer 1:1 classes -
Reformer pilates isn’t just about fitness, it involves a focus of form and an understanding of the equipment.
We recommend if you’ve never done any classes on a reformer bed before always start with a Foundation class, how quickly you progress is then down to your individual needs. Our instructors can always advise too.
