Foundation
This class invites you into the beautiful fundamentals of Reformer Pilates – alignment, breath, core control and refined technique. Through gentle, strength building exercises you’ll feel nurtured and empowered. Ideal if you’re new to Pilates, recovering, or simply seeking a low impact session that holds luxury in its calm.
Intermediate
Now it’s time to challenge your strength, stability and coordination in a supportive, elevated setting. We build on your foundations with dynamic sequences, added resistance and full body flows designed to enhance control, endurance and mobility. You’ll feel progress in every stretch, every spring.
FITCORE™️
This class blends Pilates precision with energetic fitness flair. Using body weight moves, resistance bands and flowing sequences we build core stability, strength and endurance in a high energy yet controlled workout. The result: improved posture, balance, flexibility and overall performance in a beautifully crafted session.
PRE + POST NATAL
This gentle yet effective class is specifically crafted to help new and expectant mums build core strength and support their changing bodies. With special attention to healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and strengthening the pelvic floor through targeted exercises, form and technique are always front of mind. Non-crawling babies are welcome, and we understand that feeds and comfort breaks are part of the experience.
REFORMER YIN
Reformer Yin takes you on a transformative journey. With long held stretches characteristic of Yin Yoga we target the deeper connective tissues for joint health and longer range of motion. Combined with the support and resistance of the Reformer this class helps you achieve a rare balance of strength, flexibility and relaxation. It’s the perfect antidote to our fast moving world.

If you’re new to the Reformer, our FOUNDATION class is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the fundamentals — breath, alignment, and technique — at a comfortable pace in a supportive setting.
Once you feel confident, you can explore our INTERMEDIATE and FITCORE classes for more variety and challenge. - 
      
        
      
      
We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows freedom of movement. Avoid zips or clothing with metal fastenings as these can damage the equipment.
For hygiene and grip, grippy socks are required — these can be purchased at the studio if you don’t have your own. - 
      
        
      
      
We offer Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates, designed specifically for expectant and new mums.
If you are pregnant, you can only attend Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates or Foundation with Julie with prior agreement.
After birth, medical clearance may be needed to progress outside of these classes.

Many clients find Reformer Pilates helpful for injury recovery thanks to its low-impact nature and controlled resistance. However, please consult your physiotherapist or doctor before booking and let your instructor know about any injuries so we can modify movements as needed.
