TOWEr pilates
Support where you need it. Challenge where you want it.
Discover a different way to experience Pilates.
Using springs, bars and controlled resistance, Tower Pilates helps you build strength, improve mobility and develop a deeper connection to your movement. The apparatus supports the body where needed, adds challenge where you’re ready for it and gives you immediate feedback throughout.
It’s precise. Powerful. And unlike anything else on our timetable.
Exclusively at Willow Grange Farm.
WHAT IS TOWER PILATES?
Springs change everything.
The Pilates Tower combines a vertical frame with springs, a Push-Through Bar and a Roll-Down Bar to create an incredibly varied full-body practice.
The springs can assist a movement, allowing you to explore it with greater confidence and control. Change the spring, position or direction and that same movement becomes a strength challenge—asking more from your core, stability and coordination.
This ability to both support and resist is what makes the Tower so effective. It meets your body where it is, while giving you somewhere to progress.
WHY TOWER?
Move deeper. Feel stronger.
Tower Pilates creates opportunities to move the body in ways that aren’t always possible on the mat or Reformer.
The apparatus can provide support as you stretch, articulate the spine and explore your range of motion. It can also add targeted resistance to build strength through the entire body.
Every spring gives feedback. Every movement has purpose. You’ll feel where you’re working, refine how you move and develop greater control over time.
THE BENEFITS
Intelligent strength.
Spring resistance challenges the muscles throughout the movement, building full-body strength without relying on impact or momentum.
Greater mobility.
The support of the springs and bars allows you to explore length, rotation and spinal movement with control—helping you move more freely both in class and beyond it.
Deeper core connection.
The Tower gives you clear physical feedback, helping you understand how to organise your body and connect more effectively through your centre.
Balance and control.
You’ll work both sides of the body, challenge stability and become more aware of imbalances and compensations in your movement.
A constantly evolving practice.
Small changes in spring tension, body position and direction can completely transform an exercise. There is always another layer to explore and another way to progress.
A new apparatus. A whole new repertoire.
Our 50-minute Tower Pilates class introduces you to the apparatus and its spring-based repertoire.
Classes will begin at Foundation level, giving everyone time to learn how to work safely and confidently with the Tower. As experience grows, the repertoire will gradually expand—bringing new movements, greater challenge and more opportunities to progress.
No previous Tower experience is required.
With a maximum of just seven members, there is plenty of opportunity for individual guidance, considered adjustments and progression.
