Join us for our specialised series of Pre & Postnatal Yoga classes at The Ness Club.

Led by our wonderful instructor Kate, who has specialised training in postpartum recovery. This nurturing and restorative class is designed to help new mums gently rebuild strength, flexibility, and balance, with particular focus on supporting core recovery and easing common postnatal tensions through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Babies are welcome – non-crawlers please – and we fully understand that feeds and comfort breaks are part of the experience!

Kate’s expertise in postnatal recovery ensures that each session can be adapted to your individual needs, with safe modifications for those healing from diastasis recti or other postpartum challenges.

You’ll learn how to safely reawaken and support your core, release tension, and reconnect with your body through yoga practices designed to strengthen and restore from the inside out. The class also offers a warm, supportive environment where you can focus on your wellbeing while connecting with other new mums in our spacious studio.
