Foundation

The best place to start.

Foundation is built for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. You'll learn how to move with the machine, not against it. Breath, alignment, core connection and technique are the focus. The pace is steady. The environment is supportive. You'll finish feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in.

Ideal for you if:

  • You're new to Reformer Pilates

  • You're returning after a break or recovering from illness

  • You want a low-impact session that still delivers results

  • You're pregnant. Selected Foundation classes are pregnancy-friendly.

Ideal for you if:

  • You're already comfortable with Reformer basics

  • You want to push your strength, stamina and precision

ALL-LEVELS

All-Levels is a full-body Reformer workout designed to work for mixed abilities in one room. Your instructor will offer modifications and progressions throughout, so you're always working at the level that's right for you on that day. Strength, mobility and control, all in one session.

New to the Reformer? Start with Foundation first, then come back here.

Ideal for you if:

CIRCUIT REFORMER

45 minutes. Four circuits. Work for every inch of it.

Circuit Reformer is a structured, full-body workout that runs on a simple format. Four exercises. Four circuits. Twice through each. The first round is about form. The second round is where you earn it. By the time you reach the final circuit, every muscle will know about it. You'll leave stronger, more balanced and ready to go again.

Ideal for you if:

  • You already have Reformer experience

  • You want to push your strength, endurance and intensity

  • You want a format that's structured, focused and effective

Ideal for you if:

  • You're already comfortable on the Reformer

  • You want a challenging, high-energy session

REFORMER STRETCH

Move better. Recover faster. Feel the difference.

Reformer Stretch uses long, held stretches to target the deeper connective tissues, improving joint health and increasing your range of motion. The Reformer adds support and resistance that you don't get from stretching on a mat alone, allowing you to go further and hold positions with more control. Regular attendance builds genuine flexibility alongside functional strength.

Ideal for you if:

  • You want to improve your mobility and range of motion

  • You're managing stiffness or tightness from other training

  • You want to complement your reformer or fitness sessions with active recovery

Made for new and expectant mums.

This class is designed specifically for your body during and after pregnancy. Sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, addressing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and strengthening the pelvic floor through targeted, controlled movement. Form and technique come first, always.

Non-crawling babies are welcome and we understand that feeds and comfort breaks are part of the experience. You're not expected to leave any of that at the door.

  • If you’re new to the Reformer, our FOUNDATION class is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the fundamentals — breath, alignment, and technique — at a comfortable pace in a supportive setting.
Once you feel confident, you can explore our INTERMEDIATE and FITCORE classes for more variety and challenge.

  • We recommend comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows freedom of movement. Avoid zips or clothing with metal fastenings as these can damage the equipment.
For hygiene and grip, grippy socks are required — these can be purchased at the studio if you don’t have your own.

  • We offer Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates, designed specifically for expectant and new mums.
If you are pregnant, you can only attend Pre & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates or Foundation with Julie with prior agreement.
After birth, medical clearance may be needed to progress outside of these classes.
We’re here to help and support you during this phase of life. Please reach out with any questions.

  • Many clients find Reformer Pilates helpful for injury recovery thanks to its low-impact nature and controlled resistance. However, please consult your physiotherapist or doctor before booking and let your instructor know about any injuries so we can modify movements as needed.
    We also offer 1:1 classes

  • Reformer pilates isn’t just about fitness, it involves a focus of form and an understanding of the equipment.
We recommend if you’ve never done any classes on a reformer bed before always start with a Foundation class, how quickly you progress is then down to your individual needs. Our instructors can always advise too.
