Meet Flow & Fascia Therapy
Flow & Fascia Therapy is our lymphatic drainage roller experience at The Ness Club at Willow Grange Farm near Ely, Cambridgeshire, a motorised roller machine that works with your body's natural lymph flow.
You lie back, fully clothed, and the rollers do the rest, moving in sequence from your legs and arms up toward your collarbone, with gentle infrared warmth throughout. It's the same principle behind hands-on lymphatic drainage massage, just delivered by machine instead of a therapist.
WHY IT WORKS
Five ways it works on your body
Every session works with two systems at once, easing fascia tension while supporting lymphatic drainage through your legs, arms and collarbone.
FASCIA
RELEASE
Mechanical pressure works into the fascia beneath your skin, easing tightness and restriction.
INCREASED
CIRCULATION
Rhythmic pressure and infrared warmth may support improved blood flow to the treated area.
TONE THROUGH
STIMULATION
Regular stimulation may support a smoother, firmer-looking appearance over time.
LYMPHATIC
DRAINAGE
Rollers move in the direction of your natural lymph flow, supporting drainage toward your lymph nodes.
MUSCLE
RECOVERY
A gentle way to ease tension and support recovery after exercise or a long day on your feet.

This isn't suitable if you're pregnant, have a circulation disorder or uncontrolled blood pressure, heart disease, varicose veins, or are within 6 months of surgery or 5 years of cancer treatment. Also avoid during the first days of your period, or if you have a hernia or broken veins in the treatment area. Check with your GP first if you're unsure, or ask a member of the team.
-
A lymphatic drainage roller is a motorised massage machine that uses rollers to apply rhythmic pressure in the direction of your body's natural lymph flow. At The Ness Club, this is delivered through The Ness Flow, our Roll Shaper machine in The Recovery Hut at Willow Grange Farm, Ely.
-
Sessions run for 18 or 45 minutes. The 18-minute session works well as a quick add-on to a class or another booking, and the 45-minute session is the complete treatment.
-
No, sessions shouldn't be painful. Pressure is firm but gentle - a bit like a good sports massage, and you stay fully clothed throughout. Some people feel slight sensitivity at first, which usually settles after a session or two.
-
One session isn't going to do much on its own. It is recommended to do 2 to 3 sessions a week across the full body for the benefit to build, so it works best as a regular part of your routine rather than an occasional treat.
-
You'll need to book in advance through Momence either here on the website or via the app.
