Red Light
Therapy
Advanced light therapy. Powerful full-body support. Just 15 minutes.
Step inside the private Nook for a high-powered Red Light Therapy treatment designed to support recovery, skin health and cellular energy.
Our professional full-body panel delivers seven carefully selected red and near-infrared wavelengths—including 1060nm—at a powerful output, giving you comprehensive head-to-toe exposure in one focused 15-minute session.
This isn’t a little lamp or an at-home beauty device. It is a serious, full-body treatment for anyone who wants to invest in how their body recovers, functions and feels.
More than a moment under a red light
Red Light Therapy—also known as photobiomodulation—uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural cellular processes.
The Ness Club’s full-body panel combines seven wavelengths, spanning 630nm to 1060nm, to deliver light at both surface level and deeper into the body. The result is a powerful, non-invasive treatment commonly chosen to support physical recovery, healthy-looking skin and overall wellbeing.
There is no hands-on treatment and no downtime. Simply step into your private room, follow the straightforward instructions and allow the panel to deliver a focused, full-body session in just 15 minutes.
Seven wavelengths.
One powerful
treatment.
Not all red light therapy is created equal.
Many devices rely on just one or two wavelengths. Our advanced full-body panel combines seven carefully selected wavelengths of red and near-infrared light in one focused 15-minute treatment:
630nm · 660nm · 670nm
Visible red light, used to support skin health and a brighter, healthier-looking complexion.
810nm · 830nm · 850nm
Invisible near-infrared light, selected to reach beyond the skin’s surface and support deeper tissues and post-exercise recovery.
1060nm
An advanced, longer near-infrared wavelength that extends the panel’s range beyond the wavelengths found in many standard red light devices.
Together, they create broad-spectrum, full-body exposure—supporting your body at different depths in one efficient treatment.
One panel. Seven wavelengths. Head-to-toe exposure. Just 15 minutes.
WHY IT WORKS
Five ways it works on your body
RECOVERY
Training hard, feeling stiff or simply carrying the week in your body? Red and near-infrared light therapy is widely used as part of recovery routines to support muscles after exercise.
RECHARGE
These targeted wavelengths are absorbed by cells and may support their natural energy-producing processes. Clever science; very little effort required from you.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
No needles, no mess and no recovery time. When the session ends, you can head straight back to work, the school run or the rest of your day.
GLOW
Red light is popular in skincare routines because it may support the natural processes associated with healthy-looking skin. Think long-game glow, not an overnight filter.
RESET
There is something deeply calming about 15 minutes with nowhere else to be. No phone, no conversation and nothing to perform—just warmth, stillness and time that is entirely yours.
A serious panel—not a little lamp in the corner
Our 1.5-metre, full-body panel uses 600 dual-chip LEDs across seven red and near-infrared wavelengths, so you can treat the whole body in one session without stopping to reposition.
Seven complementary wavelengths span visible red light for the skin's surface and near-infrared light designed to reach deeper tissue.
Powerful, even output remains strong at a comfortable distance from the panel.
Adjustable intensity allows the session to be tailored to your comfort.
Full-body coverage means one straightforward session, from head to toe.
Five-fan cooling helps the panel maintain consistent output throughout.
If you love the numbers, you will find the full technical specification in the FAQs. If you do not, all you need to know is this: it is powerful, full-sized and chosen to deliver a proper red light therapy experience.

BEYOND RED LIGHT
Our panel reaches all the way to 1060nm—an advanced near-infrared wavelength that you cannot see, but that sets this treatment apart from many conventional red light devices.

-
Red Light Therapy uses targeted red and near-infrared LED light. During your session, you sit or stand in front of a full-length panel with the areas you want to treat exposed to the light. It is non-invasive and does not involve any hands-on treatment.
-
Each private session lasts 15 minutes
-
The light needs to reach your skin, so expose the areas you would like to target while wearing whatever keeps you comfortable in the private room.
-
Many people choose two or three sessions a week when building red light therapy into a routine. Book no more than one session per day and always follow the guidance supplied with your booking.
-
Protective goggles are provided and must be worn throughout every session. Closed eyes alone are not sufficient protection from this panel's light output.
-
Do not book if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive; have light-triggered seizures; are photosensitive or take medication that increases photosensitivity; have had sunburn within the last two weeks; or have open wounds in the treatment area. Sessions are for adults who can follow the instructions and operate the session independently. If you have a health condition or any uncertainty about whether red light therapy is suitable for you, speak to your GP before booking.

Our 1.5-metre panel contains 600 dual-chip LEDs and delivers seven wavelengths: 630nm, 660nm, 670nm, 810nm, 830nm, 850nm and 1060nm. Together, these cover visible red and near-infrared light for full-body use in a single session.
Its measured irradiance is 152.7mW/cm² at 3 inches, 112.2mW/cm² at 6 inches, 94.9mW/cm² at 12 inches and 84.5mW/cm² at 18 inches. In plain English: it continues to deliver strong output even when you stand at a comfortable distance.
-
Wavelength describes the type of light. The lower figures—630nm to 670nm—are visible red light, while 810nm to 1060nm are near-infrared wavelengths that are invisible to the eye and penetrate more deeply.
Irradiance measures the light intensity reaching you. It naturally reduces as you move farther away from the panel, which is why the specification includes measurements at several distances.

Yes. Book in advance through Momence or the Ness Club website. Because the Nook is a private, single-person space, walk-ins are not available.
